From north of Seattle on Interstate 5, take the 4th Ave exit (just south of the Convention Center), take a right off the exit to 4th. Turn right at Royal Brougham (signal light), left onto Alaskan Way, and left at Hanford St. (that's the next signal light; go under the viaduct). We're on the right side just beyond the tracks in a large red-terracotta colored building.

From east of Seattle on I-90, take the 4th Ave exit, get in the right lane; turn right at 4th Ave, right Royal Brougham (next signal light), left onto Alaskan Way and left at Hanford St.

From south of Seattle on Interstate 5, take the Spokane Street/To Ferries exit, drive west to 1st Ave, turn right on 1st and left at Hanford (2nd signal light).
